What is a “site”?

A site is a single building, with a unique street address.

Is a site the same as a branch?

Not necessarily. Our customers do business in many different forms and define their operating segments in a variety of ways. Since our licensing is based on a clear definition of “site,” how branches and other operating units are defined by others is irrelevant to our licensing.

Couldn’t I just license one branch and then give everyone else in the company access under that subscription?

If you have licensed AllRegs on a site basis rather than a company-wide (enterprise) basis, each site must be separately licensed. Regardless of the number of sites a company has, only enterprise licensing permits usage throughout the company. Users can access the content for which their site has a currently active subscription.

How do I access AllRegs on the Internet?

You access AllRegs by simply going to www.allregs.com and typing in your own e-mail address and password. You aren’t downloading anything to your computer at all, so there should be no firewall or access issues. If you can get on the Internet, you can get onto AllRegs.
