AllRegs is the preeminent electronic publisher of guides for the residential mortgage lending industry. What we do is take all the official information from agencies such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA, as well as Federal and State Compliance information, and re-publish this information into an electronic database accessible by you via our Web site. What this does for you and your organization is to make this incredible volume of information easily accessible, easily searchable and easily affordable. Getting the guides via AllRegs costs only a fraction of the paper guides and they’re easier to use.
There are some web sites that occasionally appear (and disappear) on the World Wide Web that claim to offer similar information to what we offer. The key thing to remember is that you get what you pay for! AllRegs is the most comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date source of guidelines, regulations, and forms you will find anywhere. AllRegs is used in over 10,000 locations and it’s also used throughout Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and Ginnie Mae as well as by over 90% of the top 100 lenders. Additionally, AllRegs updates the regulations as they occur in real-time, so the information is always accurate. The flexibility of our search engine has also proven to be user-friendly so you can quickly find what you are looking for.
AllRegs takes the place of thousands of pages of printed manuals. It was developed by mortgage lenders for mortgage lenders, and contains a number of search functions to make it easier than ever to find the information you need in a fast and efficient manner.
- Using our Table of Contents search, you can “page” through the manuals just like a book.
- Using our Topic Outline search, you can see all the sections laid out like the life of a loan.
- Using our intelligent Search Engine function, you can search for terms directly.
- Using our Alphabetic Index function, you can let us guide you to the correct documents.
AllRegs also lets you attach Private Notes to documents once you’ve found them. You can even assign an Administrator in your organization to attach Public Notes to documents. This is a great way to share important information across your entire organization. Call our sales department for further details on how these features can help your company get the information they need right now by calling (800) 848-4904.
Yes. We have comprehensive, state-by-state guides to the maze of predatory lending and other legislation at the state level. They’re written by experts and cover all phases of the loan process.
AllRegs is licensed on a per-site basis, or on a company-wide Enterprise basis. Call our sales department at (800) 848-4904 to determine what licensing arrangement would be best for your company.
A site is a single building, with a unique street address.
Not necessarily. Our customers do business in many different forms and define their operating segments in a variety of ways. Since our licensing is based on a clear definition of “site,” how branches and other operating units are defined by others is irrelevant to our licensing.
If you have licensed AllRegs on a site basis rather than a company-wide (enterprise) basis, each site must be separately licensed. Regardless of the number of sites a company has, only enterprise licensing permits usage throughout the company. Users can access the content for which their site has a currently active subscription.
You access AllRegs by simply going to www.allregs.com and typing in your own e-mail address and password. You aren’t downloading anything to your computer at all, so there should be no firewall or access issues. If you can get on the Internet, you can get onto AllRegs. You will need to allow pop-ups on your computer. To learn more about pop-ups, click here.
